Muscoot Garden Critters

I went to Muscoot Farm today, before the rains came, and the herb garden was teaming with many flying critters.

Two Views

Two views of the big rock in Beaver Dam Creek.

Hummingbird Moths

I went for a short hike at Beaver Dam Sanctuary this evening, and was surprised to find a great number of hummingbird moths working over the wildflowers.

Photo Shoot at the Wolf Conservation Center

Some shots from my recent photo shoot with the wolves at http://nywolf.org.

FILM!

I really enjoy shooting film.

Here are some things I need to enjoy it more:
1. A decent film scanner
2. A Canon EOS film body, so I can use all my Canon glass
3. A good medium format rig...like a Pentax 645, or a Rolliflex, or a Hasselblad.

TMAX 400 in the Nikon FE + 50mm f/1.4

I just got this roll back today. My usual order - develop only, no cut, no print. $6.00 plus tax at Sam's Camera Exchange

Digitized with my Canon 40D and 100mm f/2.8 macro and processed in Aperture 3.

20 decent shots out of a 36 exposure roll. I like that.
